To all to whom these Presents shall Come Greeting Know Ye that I Joshua Rinyon of Westerly in the county of Washington in State of Rhode Island make known for and by a Consideration of the sum of three hundred and prime & dime hand before the Liberating Delivery hereof provided by Oliver Howard noted heading in Westerly aforesaid the Right title thing of I hereby absolutely GIVE granted in deed unto the s Oliver Howard his Heirs & Assigns forever these Certain Tracts of Land situate lying & being in Christiantown in the state aforesaid in One of those tracts of Containe Eighty Seven acres more or less followeth be the leave More east by beginning In a Lawnposth a south east course thence by it Edwards land to Nathan Pope first line by it Dan Land to Land belonging William Gorton thence by it Gorton land first the land did Belonging to Leaws a North east by the Land that did Belong to P Leaws to the Land that did Belong to Israel Gorton thence by the DP Gorton land to the first Mountain Range the other tract Containe some forty acres about by the same More or less bounded has following the north by the North Corner by the Gorton land first some Length North by the first line belonging to William Gorton Land thence by it Gorton land to Land that did belong to Thomas Leaws a North west by the Land that did Belong to P Leaws & the Land Sit Mountain Range together with all the Privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in Any part Appertaining To have and to hold the s Providence premises together with all the appurtenances & to the s Oliver Howard his
