their hereafter have told me and sundry people off and enjoy the said
(Omnia) Bargains premises promised with the aforementioned our fair and clear
Right me liberty quietly Enjoyed Estate Discharged of and from all encumbrances
manner of claims or other Bargains Sales leases mortgages with Elderly fast
Convey Indenture Covenants to secure heirs successors of named or Notation
that might in any manner or way encumber a more void the former
Deed - further more the said [illegible] of [illegible] her Executor her
Administrator do Covenant and Engage the above conveyed Premises to
the said Benjamin Whitson his Men and assigns against
the Lawful claims of Commands long since known Whitson fair
to Warrant Seize and defend the same present and change the right of the
said Benjamin Whitson to be Possession from any quest from the Right
of Whitson that be mentioned to the said Benjamin Whitson in chief
