To all people to whom these present shall Come Greeting I Joshua Tucker
of Washington in Washington County and State of Rhode Island Providence
Plantation Woman— Send Greeting Know Ye That I the Said Joshua Tucker
do for and in consideration of the sum of thirty pounds lawful money in hand
done the executing hand, will and hereby grant by Simon Tucker of Charles
town in said County And that aforesaid Woman the Parcel Whereof
I do hereby Acknowledge and convey myself fully Satisfied the Contracted land
made, handed, and of every part and of every part thereof, do Convey any
cit and Discharge the said Simon Tucker his Heirs Executors and Assigns
indicatox for ever by these presents, have Given Granted Bargained Sold
Chained Conveyed and Confirmed Unto him the said Simon Tucker
his Heirs and assigns forever a Certain piece or lot of land part Salt
Marsh and part Fresh containing five Acres in the Summe or
of the Natural edging and being in the Town of Charlestown in said County
Bounding on the North Month beginning at a Stake of Stone between
the Marsh and Beach or Scrub and Other Trees from there a Straight
Line South westerly to the Sea or Ocean. Thence Bounding on the salt marsh

the Said Gistine and Bargained Premises with all the appurtenances
and privileges to the Same belonging as in any other way appertaining

from the Said Simon Tucker his Heir and assigns Forever to his heirs
their Body lawfully born and Belied Forever and the Said Jos
ph Blakeslee do Covenant promise And Grant to and with the Said Simon
Tucker his Heir and assigns that at and before the Enacting hereof
that Sam the true Sole and Lawful Owner of the Written Bargain for
ever And Lawfully Seized and Repossessed of the Same in any way pos
