196 Whereas Charles Church late of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations deceased did by his last will and Testament give to his Daughter Elizabeth about Ninety Six Acres of Land lying to the Northward of the last line and to the Southward of the last line of the said land given to his son Charles I declared to the said Ada Church his Executor together with a last will and testament of such Month and date the manager among from the value thereof to the Legacy provided namely Among them as the Daughters and by the said Testament more fully appears Not with the said Ada Church having acted and done as one of his trusted heirs together of Rhode Island & testament Charles Church one of his Daughters Whereas he it happened heaven’s will to remove whom it may concern that as Charles Church and the provided Executor with the said Ada Church for the Consideration of the sums of Twelve Pounds sundry money to us in hand before the executing hereof will and sufficiently paid by the said Ada Church to our full satisfaction Do hereby release August and Discharge the said Ada Church his Executor and Administrator of the estate of former by these Indentures we the said Charles Church and the said Elizabeth Church his heirs for ever by these presents Remise Release and forever Quit Claim all those right title Interest Property Claims and Demands which we and our heirs have or ought to have in and under the said Land described and said March or the March among as described on the said Parcel above to the said Will and that the said Ada Church her and the heirs and Assigns forever and virtue of these Presents Have and add the same for and clear Ende Title in Present Premises and that we are further agree to Warrant and Defend the said Right of Pounds agreeable to the Will aforesaid and the said Ada Church her heirs and Assigns forever and virtue of these Presents Against the lawful Claims of all and Persons whatsoever claiming the same hereby or under us our Heirs and Assigns compensation whereas of which we have hereunto set our hands and seals the 13th Day of the first Month in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Four 1794 Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of Peleg Coff Lucas Rawley Charles this Church EB march Elizabeth her Church LB march This Deed Named & this 13th Day of first 1794 of Py Peleg Coff Justr PC Charles Church in Washington County Personally Appeared the above a line test to this instrument the Day and Date first a Deed Written and Acknowledged by the Person a Signatory to Instrument to be their Act and I did my hand and Seal hereunto Affixed before me Peleg Coff Justice Peace
