To all People to whom these presents shall come Greeting
Know ye that I John Kenyon in the County of Newington and State of Rhode Island stand and
presently a Yeoman In Ye town of North Kingstown have for and in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Eighty Pounds lawful Money in me hand before the Notary hereof by
Oliver Cranston of Wickford in the County and State aforesaid Given me receipt
whereof I do hereby Satisfactorily acknowledge and Confirm and Confound and bind me and
my Heirs Owners Conradal be his Heirs Executors and Administrators of a Piece of land
Two quarter Roods of land lying in Ye town of North Kingstown in Ye town of
Chattertown Annexed to Ye said town by Legislative Act in Ye year 1711 and lying in Ye town of
the same More or less by the High Road to Ye said land and bounded as follows
Beginning at a Great white Oak tree standing by Beached house marked with the letter
I and East boundary line and a half Degree South east to come to a Stone lying by
Ye North way then North a piece to the first line then South easting in a straight line to come
to a sturdy founding boundary Eastly by the High road to Ye North line to Come to a fence line
