This Indenture of Lease Made and Witnessed this 2nd Day of April in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred and Seventy four Between Tby & Lodowick Rynson of Charles town in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island on the One Part and James Rynson without such Rynson settled at Charles town on the Other Part Witnesseth that the sd Lodowick Rynson Agreed for the term of 7 years of my deceased Father James Rynson aforesaid and in his last will and testament left to the estate of the late Joseph Deans deceased leave and Bequeath to the sd Lodowick Rynson One Lot of Land or Piece of Land situated Liney & Being in Charles town aforesaid containing by Estimation nearly Thirty Acres more or less of a Lot of Land situated on the south side of the the Highway called s Commons at Charles town on the North side and bounded on the East by the Southern side of James Rynson's land and bounded on the West by the First mentioned Lot and Second to Foremost all and the said the sd Rynson and Lodowick Rynson with all the Appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise Appertaining during the said Natural Life and the said Lodowick Rynson for my only heir Masculine & Done to Leasement and at the said Anna Rynson & Done in witness of the fact that the Rynson on the Seal and Signature of the above named Persons in the place whereunto I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Day & Date first above written in Presence of Thomas Pladner Wm Condal Lodowick Rynson [seal] Recorded this Lease the Washington County Registry Office of land records Lodowick the 2nd Day of April 1774 Rynson of Charles town to her husband to the above have run and and [illegible] Thomas Gardner Justice Peace
