558 We, George Still and Sophie Still, husband and wife, both of the City of New York, State of New York, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, for consideration paid, grant to Lauri H. Mammi and Mandi Mammi, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown., County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Beginning at a stone wall on the westerly side of the State Highway, commonly called, "South County Trail," at the northeasterly corner of premises hereby conveyed and at the southeasterly corner of premises formerly of Green Card; thence running southerly, bounded easterly by said State Highway, a distance of One Hundred Sirty-ty (160) feet; thence turning and running westerly, maintaining a distance of One Hundred Sirty-ty (160) feet distant from and parallel to said Green Card Land, a distance of Five Hundred Sirty-ty (560) feet, more or less, to a stone wall at land of Doraes A. Weaver; thence turning and running northerly, bounded westerly by said Weaver's land, a distance of One Hundred Sirty-ty (160) feet to stone walls at land formerly of said Green Card; thence turning and running easterly, bounded northerly by said Card land, a distance of Five Hundred Sirty-ty (560) feet, more or less, to the point and place of beginning, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described. Meaning and intending to convey the same and all of the same premises conveyed by deed from these Grantees to these Grantors, together with right-of-way and privileges mentioned in said deed; said deed bearing date of July 23rd, A. D. 1945 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 29 at Page 471. WITNESS our hands this 5th day of October 1945. Consideration less than $100.00.
