60 Know all Men by these Presents that I Joshua Rinkyon of Charlestown in Washington County & State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Yeoman for and In Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred and Twenty Pounds Sterling Money to me well and truly paid by Robert Burdick Joint of Charlestown in said County of Washington Afterward the Receipt Whereof I do hereby acknowledge and confess have given Grant Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Do my full Seize and Satisfaction have given Grant Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Do Convey Give Grant and Bargain and Sell All those Certain fifty and thirteen Acres Boundly and Conform him the land as it is Bound North by the land of Phineas Gye who is his Neighbor and Adjacent forever One Certain Lot of land Under Statute lining up and being situated in Charlestown and situated in westerly bordering by Elizabeth Atory about the line of the More land of Joshua Rinkyon and bounded and measured as follows Beginning at the North West corner of the land Survey of the land by the South and East boundary Bound Burdick Land One chain East then Latitude boundary South westerly boundary as the land of Robert Burdick land Property in Robert Burdick Land a Lot of land situated by Court Order and bounded in these boundary Westerly boundary and by the land of Joshua Rinkyon and by the land of Samuel Case bounded East by the line of the Southern Boundary East boundary then boundary and so on I have’d the boundary to Cause to be Setten Stone Ever Leg the Stone boundary again Boundary in the boundary and so a direction Land of the boundary these boundary North westerly boundary East westerly to the North of the Southern Bound To Have and To Hold To the said Robert Burdick and his Heirs Grandson and Assigns forever with all the rights of appurtenances Whatever whatever that with the said Robert Burdick and his Heirs and Assigns forever as an absolute State of Subjection in the said property forever and to the said space Anyway forming my the Free enjoyment of the said Premises throughout the land and conveyance that these Documents Presents make from the said Robert Burdick with his Heirs and Assigns Against the Claims of any person or Persons of the said Premises More over Mary Rinkyon and Witness forever for the Deliver and Defense by this Present Deed More over Mary Rinkyon both the said Joshua Rinkyon both for the Consideration Offered Give and Accepted of the said Robert Burdick and Assigns of the said Property and the said Robert Burdick make from the said Robert Burdick with his Heirs and Assigns forever forever In Witness whereof we have hereunto Set our Hands and Seals this 31st Day of Janry in the Year of our American Independence 1802 Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Robert Burdick Saml.
