31 Right forever — And I the William Browning for my heirs Countersign and Countersignature to hereby Command and engage & bind with the Thomas Hazard his heirs And Assigns that until the returning hour I am the Sole and Lawful Owner of the Premises contained as aforesaid and am thereof seized in manner how right how an inheritance in simple and have good right and title and law and his authority to Sell and Convey the same in manner as intended And the same is now clear and free from all Manner of encumbrances whatever Except a Certain Claim of Warmington don Reserve of some land on Boundary of Saconet and the land and the land where in from the 17th of the present month forever more Warrant and Defend Against the Lawful Claims or demands of every and any Person or Persons 32 Land and conform unto him the said predica Teacher his heirs assigns and Assigns forever for one Costume Part or Parcel of Land describe by lying and Being in the Town of Charlestown County and State of Rhode Island containing by measurement southern course and Thirty six rods of Land to the come more or less and is bounded as follows Beginning at the Middle Stem of a Beech tree Daniel Pompe Esq Land and far Thirty six rods Eastward then Southward then North and Eastward in a straight line Northward thirty six rods Traversing Meadows Pastures and orchards and Every Stem of a Stem Storm of a Beech tree Northward thirty six rods Traversing Pasture and pasture of Pompe Esq Land then Northward thirty six rods Pasture and so Northward thirty six rods to the first mentioned Beech.
