This Deed witnesseth that tt Washington [illegible] Charleston april the 16th pr 1791 this day day of [illegible] 1791 personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace for said St. Andrew's Parish namely the Clarke & George his wife who both of them rights & Certify the motion for judgment of Deed that they both of them absolutely sold the same instrument to be their execute & Deed forever Seal before Town Collier Justice Peace Know all men by these Presents that I Elizabeth Johnson of Charleston in the County of Charleston in the state of South Carolina and Providence planter citizen free born and emancipated citizen of said state & inhabitant of said parish married bounded between the line between the common settlement of all the [illegible] & the line of George Ward of Washington in the same County left my after my death and just payment of my debts & charges to my full Satisfaction and content Have given grant and let Give grant and let and by
