Right side, to the same or more or less by the [illegible] and bounded a follow with myr degining at the North west corner at the east wall to the Rathred of Mr. Ply Boye, Parvence to forty as mt small way to the Stanton line thence southerly, by jd Stanton, line more to the Daniel Claudes, line thence southeasterly as the fence now stands to the west wall at the south east corner of the meadow by the measuring pole there northerly as the Meadow wall was [illegible] to the first mentioned bound, bounded to the northerly on the quarterly part on the Stanton line, by said party bounded to the easterly on Daniel Claudes, line and by sayid Daniel Claudes line further east on Daniel Parke, land’s line northerly on and given free to the said Benjt. Relph to the first mentioned bound To Have and To Hold the premises to said relph promptly and singularly the profits and privileges of pasture and ways to the same, belonginge or in any way appertaining, unto him the utter water Relph, his heirs and assigns forever of that the said Benjt. Joseph Hallaway deceased gave to my son Stephen Hallaway, which said the said Stephen Hallaway hath sold to John Browning, of Charlestown woman, therefore I do here by aquit and discharge give and sur- render up all my right of Dower and power of third in said land unto the said John Browning, his heirs and assigns forever.
