To all people to whom these presents shall come, We Obadiah S Tucker and
Edward D Mandell both of New Bedford in the County of Bristol and Commonwealth
of Massachusetts, Send Greeting. Know ye that We the said Charles S Tucker and
said Edward D Mandell for our part and as considerators of the sum of one hundred ninety
nine dollars and seventy seven cents in hand before the executing hereof well and truly
paid by Joseph Arminius G Johnson late in the County of Washington and State
of Rhode Island inhabitant, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and as full
consideration fully satisfied, contented and paid for and in consideration of the said sum
of money granted, assigned and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain release
their houses, closets and improvements upon the these premises; our known granted,
their annexed soil, stone, sludge, improvements and confirmed; and by these presents do
fully remise release and forever quit claim all our right grants, soil stone, sludge improvements
unto the said Joseph Arminius G Johnson his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract

And we the said Charles R Tucker and Edward D Mandell, and Dora S Tucker wife of
said Charles and Alice M Mandell wife of said Edward in consideration of the sum aforesaid paid
to us ourselves do hereby release and forever quitclaim to said Anson and his heirs and assigns
forever all our rights of Possession and peace of Title to and to the foregoing described and
granted premises

Know all men by these presents That I Joseph Simmons of
Bristol and in the county of Bristol of Washingtons state of Rhode Island state for
and well and consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars paid me by
Jane Allow wife of Jordan Allow citizen of said Bristol the receipt whereof I
Jane Allow hereby acknowledge do hereby bargain sell and convey unto the said Jane
Allow her heirs and assigns forever a certain lot of land situate in Bristol in
Charlestown containing twenty feet zero inches by one hundred and ten feet zero inches
on the North and east but by a fence bordering the land of James B Courtenay
and Westbury his land now held by his heirs Lawton L S [illegible] other measurements
by the said Jane Allow furnished me And one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot
some year after this also one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot one lot
said Jane A Simmons wife of the said Jordan Allow for the consideration
apforesaid mine the hereby do remise release and convey unto the said Jane
Allow her heirs and assigns forever all my right of Seisin in the premises
all property aforesaid
To have and to hold the same unto the
said Jane Allow her heirs and assigns forever in all the
privileges and opportunities to the same belonging to her the said Jane Allow her
heirs and assigns forever
The condition of this deed is such that whereas the
said saint Joseph Simmons have executed a mortgage promissory note for the sum
of the aforesaid dollars bearing interest date with date entered into mortgage to
the said Jane Allow or order her assigns until date unless interest more than five
if the said Joseph Simmons or his heirs executors or admins trusted or assigns
or any other person or persons for me or for them shall fail pay said note of
maturity together with the interest thereon according to the tenor thereof the
this deed shall be void otherwise the said he shall re convey in full force and
Furthermore I the said Jane Joseph Simmons do hereby covenant and agree
the said Jane Allow her executors administrators and assigns
intersecable with full power of substitution & reservation for me
case default
shall be Proved in the payment of said note to sell off public auction
the premises and property aforesaid the such default shall continue
