Know-all men that Thomas A Kenyon of Charlestown in the
County of Washington and a State of Rhode Island in consideration of
those hundred dollars paid to me by William H Perry of said Charlestown
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said William as the sole and total interest free
clear and unencumbered title or right to claim or have a claim or
right to a certain piece of land situated partly in said Charlestown
and partly in [illegible], and that said land is said boundary, extending by
one and a half chains east and more, more or less, bounded Southly by
the Highway, Westly on land belonging to the heirs of Isaah Brooks together
