403 Know all men that I Benjamin Beeves of Charlestown in the County of Washington and state of Rhode Island and consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars paid unto me George Toole of said town the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to be true payment for certain parcels of land reserve and further quit claim unto said Toole his heirs and assigns for whatever side or parcels of land selective in said town either at law title apparent or assigned to said Toole now in a divided manner held this day he conveyed unto me the said George Toole and said Toole further the lot of land hence particular described by me Utmanie I hereby sell and convey said Toole a parcel of land lying between a northeast & bounded at follow to a corner uniting with the North Lot road then Northwesterly by surveyed distance at the Northeast corner or angle of the said lot running Southwesterly towards Northwesterly lot of George Toole a point specified the center of the houses marked by a stick but in a stone set on the grounds thence on a straight line to said corner and thence East unto the center of the main building thening standing there said house building into his great parts from garden to river and running said line to a point about forward the north east corner of the said house thence Southwesterly bearing Northwesterly about direction and one half foot to a stick hole in a stone set in the grounds thence easterly bearing Southwesterly to a stick hole in a stone set in the line dividing this lot from the East boundary line of John Falling of said town thence Southerly along East boundary line of said Toole running east to the corner of the span of the former boundary line Easterly bounded by lake shore of said Toole running east to the corner of the span of the former boundary line concerning about right boundary and directly southwesterly towards the same place or less else the said lot is bounded and described as follows firstly concerning the Southeast corner of the first mentioned lot thence in a westerly direction to a stick hole in a stone set on the line of the said first mentioned lot then in a westerly direction to a stick hole in a stone set on the line of the said first mentioned lot then in a southerly direction then the shore of said first mentioned parcel aforesaid posterior then in a southerly direction along the shore of said Toole aforesaid to a point opposite in the line over marked by a stick hole in a stone set in the grounds thence in a southeasterly direction to a stick hole in a stone set in the grounds thence
