363 Know all men that I, Sarah Gumm of Wickford and David Gumm of the same town being law and lawfully joined husband and wife and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds of lawful money paid to me by Christopher L. Gumm of the said town and his wife Elizabeth the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge to have received and well and sufficiently paid unto me by David Gumm I hereby grant remise release and forever quit claim unto the said Christopher L. Gumm and his heirs and assigns forever all my right title and interest in the said parcel of land situated in the said town of Wickford which is called the "Gumm's farm" and it is bounded on the north
