Know all men by these presents That I Rutland G Hazard of
North Kingstown in the state of Rhode Island, in consideration
of five dollars paid to me by John H Money, Esq. of Providence District Westerly Wickford
in the state of Rhode Island the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and
to be for good and valuable consideration, do hereby grant bargain sell
and convey unto said John H Money, for his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain lot of land situated in the town of North Kingstown in the
said State of Rhode Island containing five acres more or less
with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging bounded
on the North by a fence formerly set by Stephen Allen by a straight line
and on the West by a line running from the North East corner of the
said lot to the South East corner of the George Brown's lot from there
North Eastly 110 feet to a stake
on the North East by a direct line from the stake to the North East corner
of the lot formerly set by Stephen Allen from there South Westly 110
feetly corner to the first post mentioned above on the main road it is hereby
made and declared that no improvements bearing trees shall be made on the site
except for a dwelling house a garden house known as the night soil house
of the premises. To Caroline G Hazard wife of the grantor hereby release
my right of dower in the premises. To have and to hold said parcels
unto said John H Money his heirs successors and assigns forever with the
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said
John H Money his heirs and assigns forever against the claims claims and elements of all persons
claiming by law through or under me unless witness whereof I have hereunto set my
seal and hand at North Kingstown this 13th day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and thirteen
