Whereas the trees which have marked the boundary lines between
lands owned by the heirs of Oliver Cosandall on one side & Benjamin
Burdick & Lorenzo Burdick & wives on the other side all situate
in Charlestown Rhode Island state are liable to decay or be destroyed now
in order to proceed further dispute & to mark said boundaries as
