Know all men by these presents that I John D Cross of the town
of Johnston in the county of Providence and State of Connecticut for and in
consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to me paid by Joseph Cross & George W Cross
of Charlestown in the county of Washington State of Rhode Island the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have received released and forever quitclaimed
and by these presents do remise release relinquish and forever quitclaim unto them
the said Joseph Cross & George W Cross their Heirs and assigns forever
all the right title interest point claim and demand which I now have
once had or ever may have or entitle me to have in and to all the real estate
whereas of lying and being in said Charlestown declared dice signs and
precisely situated in said Charlestown And I do also hereby
decuperate thereby reference in hereby witness have to former Deeds and
the land evidence recorded in said Charlestown And I do also hereby
release and forever quitclaim unto the said Joseph W Cross & George
W Cross their Heirs and assigns forever all the right title and interest
which I now have once had or ever may have in and to all the personal
estate of said Freeseal L Cross and have and to hold the same with all the
rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to them the
said Joseph W Cross & George W Cross their Heirs and assigns forever
Until I the aforementioned John D Cross for myself and for my heirs executes and
administrators collect the same whereas that I shall warrant and defend
the aforementioned premises to the said Joseph W Cross & George
W Cross their Heirs and assigns forever against his lawful
claims and demands of all persons claiming by through or under me
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 12th day of September in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty
