294 Know all men by these presents that that your Jammy Woodmaney, and Miss Woodmaney in right of some family of Modesties in the county of Washington and state of Rhode Island in consideration of sum of five dollars to me in hand by Sylvestrus Hallman of Charlestown said state the receipt whereof i hereby acknowledge, do hereby remise release and forever quit claim unto the said Sylvestrus Sony First of the Peace Know all men by these presents that we Pelance Tucker wiping Jonathan Tucker and Thankful G Pierce Trustee of Mrs Alice Pierce late of Charlestown R I and Walter A Monroe widow of Judge James Monroe of Canada West and Alice L Crandall of Attleboro Mass for ourselves and in consideration alone of the sum of Two thousand dollars to be paid by George A Sony the right whereunto we do hereby acknowledge ourselves to have remained released and forever quitclaimed and bye these presents do remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said George A Sony his heirs and assigns forever all the of right title interest property claim and whatever interest we now have or of right ought to have or claim or in two or more lots of land in Charlestown R I containing two hundred acres the same more or less and is bounded as follows (first) bout two hundred rods southerly Westly and Northstly on a Highway Eastly on land of B and L D.
