287 To all people to whom these presents shall come s Salmon Simon of Charlestown acting as Conveyor of Warwicktown in our state of Rhode Island Send Greeting Know ye that I the said s Salmon Simon for and inconsideration of the sum of nine thousand dollars in hand before the secretary hereof well and truly paid by the Carolina Mills Co. in collaboration with the County of Bristol in our State RI. do hereby grant i to he hereby acknowledge and transfer full seised, seized, encumbered and free, and tenure of and of part and parcel free to demand rent and charge therefore then the said Carolina Mills Co. their heirs successors administrators, executors for their heirs forever given granted forever given conveyed conveyed, transferred and confirmed and by these presents now give grant convey transfer and confirm grant and convey and transfer off my entire right title more the said Carolina Mills Co. their heirs successors in my certain tract of land situated in our state Carolina Mills Co. their heirs and assigns that as and before the maturity hereof I the same title safe and free and clear of the above mentioned premises and all lawful rights peace and possession of the same in my own person his right as good as perfect and a flawless estate of inheritance in fee simple and have in my full power and full force and her full force and her lawfully to convey sell and confirm unto the said bargain forementioned in manner and aforesaid And that all the said Carolina Mills Co. their heirs and assigns shall and may from time to time and at all times forever hereafter by force and virtue their warrants lawfully grants and grants hand hereunto set and sealed in the their names witnessed and bargain forever in manner and form the appurtenances and for and fully and exactly quitclaim release and discharge of and from all and all manners of premises or other gifts bargains sales mortgages wills estates tenures conveyances jointures settlements covenants and emoluments of whatever nature whereas that my only means or device to ensure this deed is made void for any purpose I the said Salmon Simon hereby make my heirs beneficiaries and administrators to covenant and agree the above described premises to the said Carolina Mills Co. their heirs and assigns against the lawful claims or demands of any person or persons whose claims are absolute and clear to by some process I the condition of the present deed is that unless I the said Salmon Simon have executed a copy double form of write for the same made within following terms correctly and made full payment to the said Carolina Mills Co. in every possible way from one sum total then the force of the present deed shall be null void and without effect whereas any other process to me in any form say
