265 Know all men by these presents that I, Thos I Simson of [blank] resident of [blank] and state of Rhode Island do grant and convey as consideration of the sum of zero hundred dollars paid and paid by Lyman Watson of said town and state the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and do have remised, released and forever quitclaimed and by these presents make and by these presents make and and convey absolutely unto him the land Nature Watson his heirs and assigns forever all the right with hereditaments appertaining thereto situated in our town namely that land which I have owned and [blank] and a certain tract of land lying in said Charleston in between [blank] as follows beginning at the northeast corner of the building known as the Blacksmith shop done’s bounded westerly by the town of Longe i.
