To all people to whom these presents shall come I Hiram Clark of Charlestown County
of Michigan and their heirs and assigns send Greeting - Know ye that I the said
Hiram Clark for and in consideration of 150 sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand before
the executing hereof well and sufficiently paid by William Clark of Charlestown County and State
of Michigan his receipt whereof am hereby acknowledging as fully released and forever quit claim
and release apart and forever all that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the
Michigan lake side the said William Clark his Heirs and Assigns forever a certain lot of land
situated in the said town measuring one hundred and twenty feet in frontage and extending
backwards one hundred and twenty feet in depth measuring one hundred and twenty feet in
beginning at the South West corner of lot one and running now a North Westing direction
one hundred and twenty feet then running North thirty degrees North westing one hundred and
twenty feet wide then running South easterly North westing one hundred and twenty feet of
bounded on the side lots by lots of Howard McFarland and others containing of this access
the same to be held in fee simple free from all previous reference to the Grantor
to have and to hold and quit bargain and premises with all
all the aforementioned premises and conveniences to the same belonging to run
and appurtenances belonging to the same William Clark his Heirs and Assigns
forever to his and theirs only purpose this paper and bond here by proving that
the said William Clark promised myself his heirs executed and signed limited to
the said William Clark and said the William Clark his Heirs and Assigns
conveyance premises and grant to the said William Clark his Heirs and
and assigns that at all effects before the executing hereof I am the sole and
lawful owner of the above described premises and can lawfully convey and
conveyable the same in my present papers signed good lawful title and not
of encumbrances in present time and however in my present papers
bargain lawfully and authority to grant bargain sell clear that we confirm the said
bargained premises in manner as operational that the said William Clark
his Heirs and Assigns shall have and enjoy the same to time and age of tied times
forever hereafter by force of present write fully completely lawfully and
privately have’t the occupancy thereof clear and clear and freely and
completely promised with the aforementioned of any encumbrance sole and free
of further be other quit grant bargain sell lease mortgage Will execute
witnesses deposited further execution and conveniences of what names
