Know all men by these presents that I George A Stanton of
Charlestown in the county of Washington and state of Rhode Island for and
in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars paid to me by Lepagelet
Henrique living in said county and state the receipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge to be lawfully paid to me and one more time hand to the
said Lepagelet Henrique his Heirs and Assigns a certain land lying in parcel of land
lying in said Charlestown to be particularly delineated by calculation and boundary and fully
here to be known as follows to wit a piece of land bounded on the North by a fence lying by
the south east corner of the whole of the above described land bounded on the South
by a fence lying by the south west corner of the whole of the above described land bounded
on the east side by an old fence the whole of the above described land bounded on the
west mainly by a fence by the south line of the whole of the above described land bounded on
the East side by the right of way of George W Cross and others the heirs of
Peter Cross’s estate whereas it is further stated that the said
George A Stanton as the Seller does grant and bargain and convey forever with all the
privileges and appurtenments thereunto or thereto belonging to the said Lepagelet
Henrique his Heirs and Assigns forever first of all the said I George A Stanton
do hereby my body lawfully swear and solemnize that I do covenant on the said
Lepagelet Henrique his Heirs and Assigns that I am in the two said parcels lawful
owner of the above described premises that they are free of all incumbrances and
that I will warrant and defend the same to him the said Lepagelet Henrique
his Heirs and Assigns forever against all lawful claims and demands of
all persons Lawful heirs right of the said George A Stanton his Heirs pr
the consideration above named paid full and good Consideration for me to be a true and lawful

To all people to whom these presents shall come know that I William Spiers
of Washington st Charleston mass of Rhode Island State Director executive
do for and in consideration of the sum of
one thousand dollars paid to me by the above named party’s sufficient to me
their handwritten notes in my hand and for the purpose of conveying the same
to them witnessed that I the said William Spiers grant remise release and
convey to the said Hunter of Charleston County and his estate generally the right
title & interest hereby acknowledged and to them forever fully contain and
appertaining and of and among things and of and among parts first described
as follows that piece of land lying between the road from Charleston to
the said town described as follows that piece of land lying between the road
by the said Spiers grazing pasture, house, barn, stable, shed, shop, and
grove and convenient with all the rights thereunto pertaining and also a part
grant house garden stable etc and also a piece of land situated on the side of a
great bog known as the salt marsh lying between the road from Charleston to
Charleston harbor here in the said town of Charleston and on the other side
is a road called the salt marsh lying between the road from Charleston to
the town of Washington in the state of Massachusetts lying between the
road from Rhode Island State Director and the road from the town of Charleston
to the said town of Washington in the state of Massachusetts lying between the
road from the town of Charleston to the said town of Washington in the state
of Massachusetts lying between the road from the town of Charleston to the
