Know all men by these presents that James S. James s. s. Washington, and state of Rhode Island that I James S. have granted bargained sold and conveyed the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge of him his said son the above bargain sale all and convey unto him the said stream his Presence containing seven acres one rood ten perches of land lying in said Charlestown containing twenty acres one rood ten perches of land lying in said Charlestown containing twenty acres more or less of his house and tenement at present belonging at a log house and out houses thereabouts which said lot more or less is bounded on the north by the south line of a lot belonging to I’m bound and partly on east by Charles H. Cross & West, bounded on east of said land it been bounded partly on east by Samuel Jennings and partly on east of an other stream been bounded partly on east by Samuel Jennings and partly on east of an other stream black, and westerly by an other stream, north and south however otherwise bounded There with to have the said land together premises with all the privileges appurtenances thereunto
