188 Know all men by these that I female called I Elizabeth Shore of Charlestown County of Washington and state of Rhode Island know in consideration of Oliver Underwood indented and paid off in hand by Ethan Porter of Westerly Washington County aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I hereby grant bargain sell convey and deliver to the said Oliver Shorten her his heirs assigns and devizes forever a certain land of house stead located in the town of Richmond in said Washington County operating extending by elevation on the west boundary and right more or less and boundary easterly by the farm of James Loder boundary northerly by Robert Wilcox and Notley Potter boundary northerly and westerly by Shortly and westerly by Shortly’s land her land and to by hedging until it comes to hedging boundary Eastern by Florence’s land then boundary by said Florence land where it comes to a hedging boundary then easterly on said hedging to the west of a boundary and from there one Acre some something about 50 feet West boundary west of the said boundary and from there one foot and some more further description of the premises is sufficient to be had in the deed of Elizabeth Porter to Henry Samuel Moore executed in Richmond town her page with family lines and other buildings thereon since with a hedging and other things there same the other part of deal in the town of elevation one hundred and one acres more or less bounded as follows first beginning at the south boundary of of the land hereby conveyed at Southwick’s land from there North boundary County the first mentioned boundary in Southwick’s land however since further description of the premises is sufficient to be had in the deed of Samuel to Henry Samuel Moore executed in the deed of Samuel to
