Know all men by these presents that I John E Ross of the City County & State of New York for and in consideration of the sum of thirteen dollars and seventy five cents to me paid by David Ross of Charleston in the County of Charleston State of South Carolina by these presents bargain sold and convey unto the said Louis Ross her Heirs and Assigns forever a certain lot or parcel of Land lying and being in the Town of Charleston or all my right title & interest therein said lot comprises about seven acres more or less bounded as follows beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot near Moore street North West bounded South by the beach grass which it comes to Miss Doris Moore bounded West by Rose lane North by George Beebee District East by lane of Five Candles to the first mentioned point To have and to hold the same to the said Louis Ross her Heirs & Assigns forever together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging In Witness whereof I have
