148 We the undersigned having been by the Hon. Bon. Court of Probate of the Town of Charlestown appointed Commissioners to Divide the Real Estate of Samuel Perry late of said Charlestown deceased, among the several Heirs of said deceased and having been engaged to the faithful performance of that trust, and having duly taken possession of the premises we hereby report to the Court on this 10th day of April 1856 since the time of our making entry upon the premises on the 10th day of April 1855 proceeded to appraise and divide said estate as follows. As the Home lot was containing approximately five acres, two gardens seven rooms and appeared at eighty three hundred and eighty three dollars, and the Pasture lot containing ninety three hundred and eighty three dollars, and the hay lot containing seventy seven dollars, making the whole amount two thousand and nine hundred and seventy seven dollars, making in all cash fourteen thousand and ninety seven dollars, and have divided the same into eighty shares, at one hundred and mutton dollars each, and having agreed to the following division of premises and value of Wood New building on said home lot has some deterioration in the Frame dimensions as shown by the plat of said lots hereunto annexed to the Division we decided to assign to the named Heirs their shares accordingly as follows to December of said estate first which returns as follows in division to Oliver Perry decr lot No 12 decrs lot No 11 Preserved Davis decr lot No 10 Clark Davis decr lot No 9 Samuel Perry deceased Davis decr lot No 8 Clark Davis decr lot No 7 Preserved Davis decr lot No 6 decrs lot No 6 Abby Jane Perry and lot No 7 Preserved Davis decr lot to No 10 North right to him the privilege of 8 & 9 and Elizabeth Davis decr lot No 10 North right to him the privilege of taking care to do as little damage as the nature of the road will permit All of which is hereby respectfully determined by us this 10th day of April A.D. 1856 Archibald Barber Charles Cross Albert Church Commissioners A Court of Probate held in Charlestown on the 2nd day of June 1856 The foregoing report was read and approved and ordered to be recorded Charles Comes Probate Clerk Witness West Lot N 75° W 31' W Lot No 10 Elizabeth Davis 10 Acres N 19 W 2.5 ft Lot No 9 Preserved Davis 10 Acres Lot No 8 Preserved Davis 13 Acres 3 qrs 10 rods N 87° E 17 ch. 78 l N 13° E 19 ch. 80 l
