Know all men by these Presents that I Abby Jane Perry Ring of Providence
in the County of Providence and State of Rhode Island for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars paid to me by Percival Lewis of Charlestown received
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge to have paidly received in full and forever
quit claim unto the said Percival Lewis forever Said Percival Lewis then and Assigns piece
of the right half side lot situated within said town now known as to the said Percival Lewis
containing part of four hundred square feet of land in said town Charlestown the
containing the aforesaid parcels conveyed by Samuel Allen late of said town
Fitzpatrick the said lot is bounded on the north by said Percival Lewis & assigns &
Lizzie Slater on the east by Alpheus Browning extending on the east side approx
one rod long the West by Samuel Walker extending on the west side approx
one rod long the West lot is bounded on the south by Percival Lewis & assigns &
Samuel Walker on the south by Percival Lewis & assigns W. Cross and on the
West by Welcome A Thorpies and Samuel Cross piece the containing by estimate
fifty square rods more or less however otherwise within of said lands may be
bounded on the shores and creeks the said Percival Lewis the same with all the Heritaments
appurtenances to the same belonging to have and to hold said Percival Lewis
his Heirs and Assigns forever
And I the aforementioned Abby Jane Perry Ring
do agree with the said Percival Lewis his Heirs and Assigns that I
am and at this time in any manner what But I will execute a deed to Percival Lewis
or any of the above described premises or some part thereof become my lawful
ag’s Land of this Deed
As the Witness whereof I hereto set my hand and Seal this
11th day December 1855
