128 Know all men by these presents that I Isaac S. Hazard of Newport R.I. in consideration of one dollar to me paid by John W. Money of Christiansburg R.I. the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby sell convey and forever lease relinquish unto the said Money his Heirs and assigns all my right title and interest in and to one undivided half part of the Commonland All Middle Lot between Page's and Christians- burg in Providence R.I. the said land having been conveyed to me Hazard by the bargain and sale Money, by an indenture dated September 30 1853 subject to the conditions and stipulations of said inference otherwise the same to be null and void. To have and to hold the same together with all the appurtenances and appurtenances thereof to the said Money his Heirs and assigns forever in that neither I nor my Heirs or any other person or persons claiming from or under me or those or in the name right or claim of me then or will or ought by any way or means have claim or concur any right title to the aforesaid premises or their appurtenances or to any part or parcel thereof forever In witness whereof I the said Isaac Hazard have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23 day of May in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five 1855 By Powell Holme Isaac Place Hazard L.S. Money of (Christiansburg) Rhode Island for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred Dollars to me paid by Hazard to Pageant of South- Kingstown Rhode Island the receipt hereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby sell convey remise release and forever quitclaim and release any mine premises or rights claims and forever institute unto the said Hazard his Heirs and assigns forever all my right title or right to claim or concur and to one un- divided half part of the Commonland All Middle Lot situated between Pageant and Christiansburg in Providence R.I. including the Machinery tools and implements and also the lucken but so unless the property rights and privileges come to me by Deed of Sale dated by said Pageant & Hazard reference to same being here with fully offered above To have and to hold the same with all the its privileges and appurtenances of the same further appurtenances to the said Hazard his Heirs and forever In the assurance that I John W. Money for myself and for my Heirs cutters and Assignees do covenant with the said Hazard his Heirs and Assigns that any and every person and figure forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatsoever Furthermore however that it is a condition of this Deed that if the said W. Money the Heirs or Assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid mine promises promising my by three equal parcels to the order of R. P. Pageant once more (viz) one thousand dollars 1000 one twenty five thousand 1250 two each five thousand 1500

Two hundred sixteen hundred three say notes amounting to and paid said Notes 3d 1855 with interest from date then This Deed is to null and void above otherwise to remain in full force and virtue In
