Know all men by these presents that I Rowland G Hazard of
North Kingstown Rhode Island in consideration of certain sums and sums of money to me
paid by John W Money of Eastshore Rhode Island the receipt whereof hereby
I do hereby acknowledge to hereby remise and forever quitclaim and convey unto the said Money
his heirs and Assigns forever one undivided half of part of all the following describe
(as follows) a tract of land several parcels lying North and South of the road leading from
the house of Rowlands Hazard to my Brother's house settle including all mine overy of
the said land I bought of the said George Hazard of North Kingstown in the year
1824 and of Jonas Nojice also the meadow lot called containing
about four hundred acres more or less in his totality the buildings Doors water rights etc
and waters now to be belonging and in any manner appertaining to said Lot of land
the machinery tools & implements for manufacturing or forming to now belonging to
whom said Lot also one other tract of land in said North Kingstown conveyed to me
by Dwight M Mallory & other consenting deputy owners several of the said fees here
after open & those others more on the first possible treat it is likely more
& continuous that does not contradicting either legal claim over the surface for the said
the premises hereby conveyed this one further portion the above described premises
to him buy said Money his Heirs and Assigns forever
To have and to hold the same forever with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Money his heirs and assigns forever to that further
interference hence forth to the said Money his heirs and assigns or any other person or persons claiming
the said Rowland to now my right or title or the same right or claim of mine or Money shall
be void null and void by any way or means whatsoever’s and more or less to the
said Money his heirs or their successors to my best or final purpose thereof
I have set my hand and seal this 30th day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four (1854)
