122 Whereas I Frances Perry Esqr of the city and county of Newport in state Rhode Island am guardian to my minor children on the fifth day of september AD 1848 by virtue of authority vested in me by the Court of Probate of the City & Newport State Rhode Island assigned all the interest & rights there in and to the $\frac{3}{4}$ portion as for cotten estate in Charlestown in said state to William $\text{B}$ Browning, reference to the Line Third Ave from me as Guardian, to bring said Lots into Sale and selling the same I have since sold all my beneficial interest and right of Owner and said friend to said exercising the consideration for the whole including my $\frac{1}{4}$ share amounting to one thousand three hundred five fold dollars. Now Therefore all men know that I Frances Perry widow of Christopher $\text{B}$ Perry late of said Newport deceased in consideration of two thousand dollars being the property said friend owns as per my decree in said court to be paid unto me by the said William $\text{B}$ $\text{B}$ Browning do hereby remise release and forever quite claim unto said William $\text{B}$ Browning and his assigns all that right title and interest any right of Owner and power of thirds in and to all that right title and form of land situate in Charlestown in the county and province of Washington bounded and described as follows Northwesterly by Matching Pond, Southeasterly by surrounding shores Coastally partly by flow of stream and partly by land of Matching’s claim further Southwesterly by Marsh Pond or the sea Northwesterly partly by some parcels partly by line of John Potter, and partly by line of the stream of one thousand Three hundred Twenty one hundred boundaries it being the land formerly owned by Christopher $\text{B}$ Potter. to said Christopher $\text{B}$ Potter. of aforesaid her premises So have and to sell the said same parcels of premises with all the appurtenances and appurtenances to the same belonging to them the said Lawrence Bonds & their Successors and Assigns forever to them and their only proper use forever and of best forever And I the said William & Browning for myself my Heirs executors and Administrators do covenant with the said Lawrence Bonds & Beaufort their successors and Assigns That it and before this conveying hope I own the sole sole and owners of the above premises forever and that I will warrant and defend forever to them the their free act and deed Before me Charles Toone Town Clerk Recorded Nov 10th 1855 by Charles Toone T Clerk It a Court of Probate of District South County spread from 18th 1855 Before the Justices of Honble Joseph Guyon Justice of the province and Estate of, Hargel L Boy, Older S Boy, Simones S Boy, Frances S Boy, Minor Children of the late Charles Boy of Boy representing that the Estate of said Minor's brother L Boy d was signed in the last of a power Intestate in the town of Charlestown being the several parts that was devised by the late Christopher B Christopher to said Christopher & Other and that said Sum was subject to a Mortgage of the sum of three thousand five Hundred Dollars that the probate of said Boy of the sum of fourteen thousand and Seventy dollars and that she is entitled to the shares of Boy or others of the and to the said estate and that the residue thereof after paying the said Mortgage and the said claims and debts leaving her Poorly having to said Minor that it would be for the interest of said Minor wants the entire residue to be put as a part of it would have to the said by the Administration to pay the said Mortgage and other claims on the said estate as the said estate of S Boy together would be a better protection for said Minor in separate parcels and as the said is unfortunate and cannot be conducted Productively without a large sum of Where the condition of said Minor would warrant and prompting that if may be authorized and empowered to make sales of the said minors interest of publics or private sales in the said court and to invest the proceeds of of such sale in the other Real estates or in Mortgage on Real estates or in pro- ductive Stocks under the direction of this Court the same being again read and offering to the satisfaction of the Court that she unless has been given through or was ordered and answering the same is now taken into consideration once no person opposing to object thereof and it appearing to the Court that the representation and said Petitions are true and it is the Judgment of the Court it is for the interest of said Minor that said Petition be allowed to be so and the proceeds invested as
