92 Know all men by these presents that I Amos P Green of Coventry in the County of Kent & State of Connecticut in consideration of the sum of one dollar paid me by Joshua P Bond of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island do hereby remise release and forever quitclaim unto the said Joshua P Bond his Heirs and Assigns forever all my right title and interest in and to one undivided tenth part of a certain lot of land lying in said Charlestown and in the same manner which my father Amos Green has been and ought to be seized thereof December 9th 1785 and is recorded in Book 307, Land records in said Charlestown page 12, reference being made for a description of the boundaries thereof To Have and to hold the same with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto to the said Joshua P Bond his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof I have set my piece and seal this 7th day of March 1855 Or per me Charles Cross James I Jones Amos P Green L.S.
