in South Kingstown town and contains one hundred acres more or less with a Grist Mill and
other buildings thereon and is bounded North by the Post Road, Castleton or Blackstone
dells and Ply Poly Roberts Land southerly on Ply Poly Roberts and Stephen Downing's Land
and West on Land of George W Browning to the Post Road. Also one tract of Land
in Weston bounded south by the Ocean West by Land of James Heggan and Hospice
North bounded south by the Ocean West by Land of James Heggan and Hospice
North bounded Northerly on the salt Marsh bounded Southerly by Ply Poly Roberts from South King
town to the Ocean Salt Marsh one other tract of salt Marsh bounded Easterly by Land late
of Jonathan hypergeometric Instructed by the said Ply Poly Roberts by leave of Stephen
downing Southerly by the beach to the first mentioned marsh, also a small piece of land
the soil from the south of the first mentioned tract meaning and understanding that
comes all my claim and interest within the above boundaries by virtue of a lease
Deed which was executed and judgment obtained on the same the 24th day of
1848 and by the Decree of Jurisdiction for perseverance suffrence to save decree lying
To Have and to hold and to have the same with all the rights appurtenances
appurtenances thereof in preference opportunity to hand the said Heggan & Hospice
and their Heirs and Assigns forever The above described Land for myself and for

bequeath this Heggan and Hospice that will concurrent and agree and adopt the aforesaid

the Lawfully claims and demands and all other forms existing thereby to her and her
Ane Caroline B Brown wife of the said Isaac Brown do hereby remise release for the
considerations aforesaid for the said Heggan & Heggan and their Heirs and assigns forever
forever quitclaim all my right title or interest in and of the same and to the above described premises
