Know all men by these presents that I Joshua Nock of Charlestown County of Washington and State of Rhode Island
above in consideration of one hundred and fifty five dollars paid by Me H. Coggeshall of South Kingstown
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge the said party grants conveys sells and conveys unto said
H. Coggeshall his heirs and assigns in Charlestown aforesaid containing one acre bounded Northly and Eastly
by land of Rhode Island State Property by the highway leading from Cottrell Mills to Bristol Mills
Westly on land of Joseph Moore lying near the sum of the said Rhode Island Property
reference to his deed dated the 26th day of May 1836
To have and to Hold the said granted and bargained Premises with the privileges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto Me H. Coggeshall his Heirs and assigns forever done as I
said Nock in my right Heirs executors and administrators or covenant with said H.
Coggeshall his Heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in my fee simple right to sell and convey
the same to the said Coggeshall of all encumbrances that I that I have right to sell and convey
the same to said Coggeshall To hold and to sell premises and that I will warrant and
defend the same to said Coggeshall his Heirs and assigns forever against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons
The saying receiving full payment for the said Consideration of the aforementioned deed is
shall deemed by this mortgage sum of money
If the said Grantee his Heirs executors or administrators
shall default any payment of the said sum or demands a continue payment
