IF Know all men by these presents that I Amos P Green of County in the County of Salliance in the State of Connecticut, in consideration of the sum of one hundred and five Dollars paid to me by Anthony Hotten of Charlestown in this County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the said Anthony Hotten one certain lot of land lying in said Charlestown containing by estimation about one acre the same more or less and is bounded westerly on the highway extending north from the said home or house and is bounded southerly on the highway extending south from the said home of Robert Hotten, on boundary of George Fieldhouse, on eastern side the said home of Robert Hotten, on boundary of George Fieldhouse, on northern side the said home of Robert Hotten, on boundary of George Fieldhouse, on western side the highway leading to the said Anthony Hotten the house and acreage described herein the said Amos P Green for myself, my heirs, executors and Administrators do covenant with the said Anthony Hotten the house and acreage above described with all its rights and premises that they are free of all encumbrances, and further I do warrant and forever defend the same to him and to his heirs the said Anthony Hotten the house and acreage above described from any claim or demand of all persons. And I Amos P Green wife of the said Amos P Green for the consideration above mentioned, waive my dower and hereby do hereby said Amos P Green for the consideration above mentioned, waive my dower and
