Richmond November 22nd 1854 Before me acknowledged the within instrument to be their voluntary act and deed hand and Seals come John James and Eliza James separately and acknowledged Isaac R. Moore Justice Peace Recorded Nov 18th 1854 by Chas Cross Town Clerk Know all men by these presents that I Joseph R.
