Know all men by these presents that we John James of
South Kingstown in the County of Washington and Eliza James, the
wife of the said John James, in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars and seventy five dollars to us in hand paid by Ephraim Bond
of Rhode Island in the County of Washington, the receipt whereof
we do hereby quit claim acknowledge, have bargained sold and quitclaimed and
by these presents do bargain sell still and quitclaim unto the said
Ephraim Bond and to his Heirs and Assigns forever all our right each
of our right title little interest Estate claim and demand, both of us
and together, and all of we and all possession as and infectness of me and
to be in that certain farm or piece of land situated in Providence
in that certain farm or piece of land situated in Providence
containing by estimation about sixty five acres for the same
more or less is described as follows (viz) Northerly on land of
