To all people to whom these presents shall come I Christopher G. Perry of the
town and County of Newport State of Rhode Island, Send Greeting
Know ye that I the said Christopher G. Perry for and in consideration of the
sum of Three thousand four Hundred dollars ($3400) to me in hand paid to
be the hereafter hereof well and truly paid by the Savings Bank of Newport
a Corporation legally established by the Legislature of the State of Rhode Island
whose laws and duties hereof at Newport aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge and of the samefully satisfy quit claim release and forever hold free
and of every part and parcel thereof to appertain against and discharge himself
the said Savings Bank of Newport their successors and Assigns forever to
these presents granted granted bargained sold aleaned suffered conveyed
these premises conferred and by these presents do completely fully entire the said banking

That Whereas I the said Christopher Perry have made and ex-
ecuted one certain promissory note bearing even date Herewith and
made payable to the said savings Bank of Providence Trustees
or Assigns or their Successors for the loan of Three thousand two hundred
and eighty ($3280) with exclusive interest payable monthly from the seventeenth
day of April next to be paid in full five years from date here with the
right to pay the whole or any part of said note at any time without notice
(of) the said loan therefore I the said Christopher Perry my heir
(be) executors or administrators or any other person for me or whom shall there with
surely fully pay or cause to be paid his principal the same Date shall become due and payable
three hundred dollars when the same Date shall become due and payable
receiving the same the loan thereof or at any time without process there
to the said Bank shall be void otherwise remaining shall be my full
(pay) and furthermore I the said Christopher
Perry do make hereby constitute and appoint the aforementioned
Bank of Providence their Successors or Assigns my true and
lawful Attorney irrevocable with full power to execute substitutions and
revocation for me or in my name at any time after my said note
become due for three thousand two hundred dollars then become due and payable
and shall be conveyed for the sum of three days thereafter to sell and
Public auction the premises the premises the said lot since said lot in some Balance
said namely days three lots of the said lot in my name or in
whomsoever junior presented in said (Court of Providence) and delivers to
any person or persons who do become the purchaser or purchasers thereof
any person or persons who do become the purchaser or purchasers thereof
any joint and several Purchasers of the same to act as we act in such full
power and sufficient Full power and absolute estate in fee simple in the
above premises and effect while said property be a purpose for her both in save
premises and in equity appoint me the said Trustees or Assigns my true and
lawful Attorney of some November alone all powers during the existence of
1853 concerned of Christopher or any part thereof by him through or under
him by the channel whatever it may be hereby granting in case of sale
of the said premises then thousand some for the purchase of said three thousand
