Personally came before me Thomas A Ponce and acknowledged
that the preceding instrument by him signed to be his
free & voluntary act

Know all men by these presents that I George N Crandall of
Charleston County of Washington tow n State of Alabama bound for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Frank B Ponce
signing and sealing hereof well and truly paid by Frank B Ponce
of the same County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge
and agree to sell and convey unto the said Frank B Ponce and his heirs and assigns
forever a certain tract of land lying in Charleston aforesaid
consisting of one hundred and twenty acres more or less bounded on the
east on such a tract of land by the bounding boundary by

lane of Branch s Road running by the river course of water equally Letton
Carrillo in such a way as to come to the corner of the said
