Know all men by these presents that I S Hannah Johnson of Charlestown
in the County of Washington & State of Rhode Island for a consideration of
the sum of Eighty Dollars to me paid by Robinson Talbot of said Charlestown the
extent whereby if he should hereby acknowledge have received, released, and forever quit
claimed and by these presents do release, remise, and forever quit claim
hence the said Robinson Talbot his Heirs and Assigns forever all and the right
title interest property which I claim as owner thereof I now renounce all the right
to have or claim in and to a certain lot of land with a Dwelling house ther
on standing situated in said town Charlestown and containing one acre more or less as
follows viz on the North by the lot of Miles Crane on the North & West by land of
Alpheus & Emily Holy lately Deceased and on the East by the Highway or main
road otherwise named
To have and to hold the same with all the rights Privileges privileges of the
appurtenances thereof or appurtenances belonging to the same the said Robinson
Talbot his Heirs and Assigns forever Further I the aforesaid Hannah
Johnson for myself and my Heirs for my Heirs Executor and Administrators
do covenant with the said Robinson his Heirs and Assigns that I
will warrant and save defend the above described premises to him the said
Robinson his Heirs and Assigns forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons claiming by through or under me
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty four

Know all men by these presents that I Sylbanus Holloway of
Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for a
and by consideration of the sum of Twenty four Dollars paid me by
Charles Cross of said Charlestown toothbrush hereby sell grant and
as well as convey as holding give grant convey and assign unto him the all right title and interest
which I have or may have in and to a certain lot of land being said said
Charlestown by way of a piece of land to move to my home from
some land of Samuel Sancoubra's daughters March 13 1859 instrument
in book No 8 Land Evidence for said Charlestown page 184 of
reference thereto having had a description and the boundaries thereof I
grant and to hold the same with all the privileges belonging to him the
said Charles Holloway his Heirs and assigns forever and during the term of
two years as specified in said sale of witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this 16th day of March 1884
