of cutting and carrying off all the wood and timber that is more
than measuring thereon, with all other appurtenances, to him the said
lycurgus Hottonway his heirs and assigns for during said term
of four years, then the said lot with its appurtenances to revert back
to the said Samuel Green his heirs and assigns forever

Know all men by these presents that I Dorcas Green
of the town of Washington in the County of Washington and state of
Rhode Island and am guardian of Mecone Henry Green and Sarah
Green minor under the age of twentyone years, by virtue of the
known and authorized granted me said guardianship by the General
Assembly holden at Washington town in the county of Washington
this last monday as thirty first day of October ad eighteen
hundred and forty five and considering the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars to me paid by James Plunket Given of
the aforesaid receipt hereof I do hereby grant release and
bargain sell and convey unto the said James Plunket Given his heirs
and assigns a certain parcel of land containing about twenty
acres being the same now or heretofore known as the property
of Washington with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging and reception and heritaments of whatever kind or nature
of the heirs of James Plunket given and heirs of William Green
Eastly on the road to Sonderly Southly in favor of James Plunket
