Lorey & Baudick & Hannah Linsey their heirs and assign, shall and may from time to time and at all times forever hereafter by force and right of their present lawfully peaceably and quietly have hold use and occupy possess and enjoy, the aforesaid premises with the appurtenances free and clear and fully and clearly acquitted exempted and discharged of all and all manner of tenure or other grants bargains sales and leases mortgage wills entails jointures dowries judgments executions and encumbrances of what nature or estate whatsoever that might in any manner or degree affect or make void this present deed. Furthermore we the said devisors Benjamin Babcock Calvin & Williams and Jesse Williams for all our heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant and engage the said named premises to the said Lorey & Baudick & Hannah Linsey their heirs and assigns against and lawful claims or demands of any person or persons whatsoever forever to warrant secure and defend by these present meaning & intending by this present to convey to the said Lorey & Baudick & Hannah Linsey their heirs and assigns all the right title and interest we have in the premises by virtue of the last Will and Testament included in our Bill of Sale of New London State of Connecticut which is on half. Also I Susan A Babcock wife of the said Benjamin Babcock on behalf, have I Susan A Babcock wife of the said Benjamin Babcock in consideration of the sum of money paid me the said huband in aforesaid and for the further consideration of the sum of one dollar paid me by my said Grantee do hereby remise release and forever quitclaim all my right of dower and power of thirds in the premises to the said Grantees their heirs and assigns forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seal this 26th day of February AD 1853 In presence of Benj.
