KNOW all men by these presents that I Robert Hazard of Col. Johnston
County State of Northmington, and State of Rhode Island in consideration of the sum of
8 Eighteen Dollars, to me in hand before the sealing, signing and delivery hereof
Given and fully paid by Joshua own of the said County and State
whose receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained
and sold the following conveyed conveyed and confirmed unto the said Joshua own
bargain sale Alien convey and confirm unto him the said Joshua own
his heirs and assigns forever a certain lot or piece of land lying in the town
of Northmington containing one acre boundary beginning at a stone wall
on the East of a road owned by Josiah Moore and running Easterly and
in a line parallel with the House there to for by springing a square corner and
turn to the North Stone Wall boundary the second boundary consisting of one chain
by North westerly and Eastesterly and bounded by the parcels of land owned
by Isaac Salisbury it is a condition of this Indenture that said Robert Hazard shall run
the land to fence surround by a post fence at his own charge
To have and to hold the said conveyed premises with all the privileges appertaining
thereto to him the said Joshua own his heirs and assigns forever
In witness whereof I the said Robert Hazard have set my hand and seal
Administration to this covenant and dated with the said Joshua own his hand and seal
below that all terms and conditions of the conveying and delivery hereof I have done the
said Bargain sale convey and confirm have passed upon face pass convey and confirmed and
fully to convey the premises to him and’s heirs forever upon face pass convey and confirmed and
to the manner described below before the names signed the transfer claim under
and all other things but I said Robert Hazard have set my hand and seal
to the consideration mentioned relinquished all rights of ownership and possess
thereof to him and his heirs adopted forever
