1795 Octr 21st at the House of John Hastings near the Town line ha 16th June 1796
between Samuel State & Robert Stone
Consideration of three hundred & fifty dollars paid of me the said Robert
by the said Samuel this day I do sell grant bargain and confirm unto the said
Samuel his heirs and assigns forever all that piece of land situated in the Town
of North Kingstown called the Stone farm as follows
Beginning at a stake in the ground on the west side of the road leading from
the Town line to the house of John Hastings thence north by east to a stone wall
which is the line between my land and that of John Hastings thence south east
to a stake in the ground on the east side of the said road thence south east
