Cassin Justice Peace Residence September 28th 1851 This Mortgage has been discharged in full By John Bowen Clerk. Chief Judge 1851 Nicholas H. H. Hanks Courts District 1851 Know all men by these presents that I Joseph Austin of Dexterity in the county of Washington state of Rhode Island and in consideration of the sum of four hundred Dollars Currency of the state of Rhode Island to me paid by Samuel B. Ammons resident of Dexterity of the county of Kent in the said state appearing before me the Justice of the Peace of said county hereby acknowledge by these presents bargain and sell convey and con vey from me the said Joseph Austin to the said Samuel B. Ammons his Heirs and assigns forever certain lot or piece of Land Containing by estimation nearly forty four perches partly in the Town of Dexterity in the county of Kent partly in the town of Kent
