296 Know all men of these presents that Smith Hampton of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred Seventy Dollars and on a promissory note of two Hundred Dollars to me paid by Gage S. Gemma of the town of RICHTON in the County and State aforesaid, the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge, have remised released and quit claimed and forever do by these presents remise release quit claim and quit claim unto him the said George Gemma his heirs and assigns forever all my right title claim demand or interest of or right to any belonging of or in such a certain lot of land lying in
