Know all men by these present that I Samuel Perry, of Charlestown in the State of Rhode
Island and Providence Plantation for Consideration of the sum of forty four currency
of ten Hundred and fifty Dollars paid me by my said Son Perry by the delivery of the
aforesaid sum and lawfully stated the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge
and am therewith fully satisfied and paid in full of hereby give grant bargain
buy and Convey and Confirm unto the said Samuel Perry the heir and acting as
a certain lot of land situated in said Charlestown bounded as follows it
a certain lot of land situated in said Charlestown bounded as follows it
on the North by the range of Mellion Perry and also by land lots
owned by August Love Grant on the East and South and by branch of the lane of
grantor of the publick Hwy or otherwise the same may be
altered hereafter which all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging I Reserve and to hold unto Samuel Perry forever his heirs
Perry his heirs and assigns And I the said Samuel Perry do hereby
for myself my heirs executors administrators convey and
engage to and with said Samuel Perry the heirs against all
the said premises any all incinerations that I have and grant
right to sell and alien as convey and alter and to my said heir execute
and administer every that land lease houses accounts debts and
the said premises to forever Samuel Perry his heirs and against
the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever And I March Perry
infs of the town of Samuel Perry for the Consideration paid me java
Husband to give grant bargain buy and convey and confirm unto
paid forever Samuel Perry his heirs and assigns all right angle of others
of the premises aforesaid
In witness whereof I have hereunto set our changes and seals this five
day of April A. D. 1841 one thousand eight hundred and forty eight
by me paid sealed and delivered

Personally appeared Samuel Perry and Maria his wife this before
mentioned grantors and having been duly interrogated separated and
a parts each other acknowledged before me’s and instrument and
Conveyance to be their voluntary present hand and seals.

sideration of the sum of fifty Dollars to me paid by Stephen B. Atwell sale
of the same said S. Atwell acknowledges to be fully paid
of the same said S. Atwell acknowledges to be fully paid
the same consider selected and paid grant delivered and to this
property the simplified and paid grant claim rents from the said
Stephen B. Atwell the heirs and assigns forever all the right titles extent
privileges claims and demands thereto know here by that I right angle
of the above or claiming in and to a certain lot of land situated near the
the village of Buckland Mill in local houses R.I. bounded
on the North by a highway four rods partly Anodey on land provided by
to Mellion Perry and others twenty rods proportionally and Westly
