207 from Chapman his heirs or assigns the aforesaid Sum of one hun dred Dollars, with the Interest thereon accruing without prawns or delay or demand. Then the foregoing Deed and every article thereof, is to be void and of no effect; otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue as in la w.
