266 Know all men by these presents that I Charles Clarks of blacke mond in consideration of the Sum of Twenty five Dollars to me paid by Simon R Clarks of blackstone The receipt whereof I do hereby acknow ledge. have remised, released, and forever quit claimed, and do by myself and my heirs by these presents remise, release, and forever quit claim unto the said Simon his heirs and assigns all my right title and interest in a certain lot of land in blacke mond containing by estimation four acres more or less bounded on the North by land of Rowland Toeward and by partly by land of [illegible] and by South by [illegible] North by land of Roland Toeward & [illegible] Easterly by my neighbor Southerly by land of Rhode Island & [illegible] Westerly by land of Michael Thompson however the same it or may be bounded. I Have and do hold the aforementioned premises with all the pri vileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said Simon his heirs and assigns forever to that neither I the said Charles nor my 247 To have and to hold the aforementioned premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Said Man and his heirs and Assigns forever; so that neither I the Said Rowland nor my heirs, nor any person or persons purporting claiming from or under me or my heirs, nor any one whatever, shall have right of me the same shall or be by me any sort, means, here claim or demand any rights or title to the said aforesaid premises, or their appurtenances, or to any part or parcel thereof in any wise. Know all men by these presents that we Indentured that we John Green of New- Hartford Providence County and state of New York and Sandra Green his wife in right of said Sandra, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to be paid in hand paid by Isaac Green of Charlestown county of Washington, state of Rhode Island, the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge, do hereby remise, release and forever quit claim unto him the Said Isaac Green and to his heirs and assigns forever all our right title and interest in and to the late farm of Estate of Dennis Green of said Charlestown etc. as he died as follows Estate of Dennis Green of said Charlestown [illegible] a follows Northly on a road, Westly on a road, and Rounded a follows Northly on land of Robert Mitchell and southly on a road, Northly on land of John G. Hazard and Southly on land of Robert Mitchell and Northly on land of Isaac Green Southly and Easterly on land of Jonathan Tache Mitchell etc. or to forever otherwise the same is or may be tenured. To have and to hold the same to be hers to the said Isaac Green and his heirs an assigns forever with all the privileges and appurtenances thereof.
