306 To all people to whom these presents shall come, Whereas Whereas George Noe in behalf of Charlestown Rhode Island, Bearden to the Person and Estate of Edward Le Faun of said Town and State, by an Order of the Court of Probate of said Town dated April 28th 1815 was appointed to make sale of some part of the Real Estate of his said ward, as would be sufficient to pay the sum of three thousand and forty pound Sterling and forty pence with incidental expenses for the purpose of paying the debts of said ward. Therefore Now Therefore it is that the Said George Noe is hereby empowered and authorized weekly petition of the Province and thereby is empowered as aforesaid, as administrator of the estate of the same to sell and dispose of the following property to be sold by candle lighting in peace Square Friendship Street in said city whereas I have accordingly advertised, known general, publicly known The
